چکیده مقاله:

This present study aimed to investigate the factorial structure, validity, and reliability of the family participation scale in the academic affairs of teenagers (high school) in Iranian families. The current research was conducted with the survey method to develop the tool. The statistical population of the research was the parents of first-secondary students in Faruj city in the academic year ۲۰۲۲. Based on Cochran's formula, ۳۲۹ parents participated in the research. Sampling was done in clusters. The scale was completed by one of the student's parents. The internal consistency method and two halves were used to check the reliability, and the obtained values were satisfactory. Data analysis was done using Spss ۲۲, and Amos ۲۲ software. The findings of the confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the three subscales approved in the original version and the results related to the fit indices showed that the model has an acceptable fit. Therefore, according to the findings, the scale of family participation in adolescent educational affairs has the necessary validity and reliability for the Iranian sample.
