چکیده مقاله:
Teacher burnout is common and costly, appearing as exhaustion, cynicism, and a loss of effectiveness. This review aims to gather clear and usable lessons from ۲۰۱۵ to ۲۰۲۵ on two teachable skill sets, emotion regulation and mindfulness, that schools can apply to reduce strain. Findings show that brief and regular practice can reduce stress and emotional exhaustion and can improve classroom tone. Reappraisal helps teachers change the meaning of hard moments before emotions surge, and mindfulness creates a short pause that makes reappraisal easier to use. Effects are stronger when schools support daily micro practice, include short pause or breathing routines, protect small windows for practice, and offer light peer support. Evidence is still limited by small samples and short follow ups, so continued testing is needed.
