چکیده مقاله:

Optimal material lifecycle management is a key factor in reducing operational costs and enhancing sustainability in chemical industries. This study examines strategies for optimizing material lifecycle management with a focus on cost reduction, waste minimization, and process efficiency improvement. The main stages of the material lifecycle, including procurement, storage, production, consumption, and disposal, are analyzed, and high-cost points and sources of material loss are identified. Advanced methods such as digital tracking, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization models are employed to allocate resources efficiently and reduce unnecessary expenses. A case study in a chemical plant demonstrates the effectiveness of these strategies, resulting in a significant reduction in material waste and overall operational costs. The findings provide a comprehensive framework for implementing material lifecycle management in chemical industries, contributing to both economic and environmental sustainability.
