چکیده مقاله:

A condenser is a component used to condense gas into liquid, which is usually achieved by cooling it. The condenser is used in most no-frost household refrigerators with forced convection heat transfer. A fan is typically used alongside condensers for additional cooling. The condenser, fan, and compressor are aligned in a line at the back of the refrigerator. This article examines the experimental performance of microchannel and mini wire-on-tube condensers on no-frost refrigerators. Microchannel condensers are based on the latest technology in the refrigeration industry and are one of the best methods for heat transfer due to their integrated aluminum structure. The refrigerant R-۶۰۰a is used in the compression refrigeration system. Hydrocarbon refrigerants are environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and have no destructive effects on the ozone layer, making them a very suitable replacement for chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs). Microchannel and mini wire-on-tube condensers are used in standalone refrigerators. The refrigerator has been tested and evaluated in an accredited laboratory according to ISO/IEC ۱۷۰۲۵ at an ambient temperature of ۲۵ °C, in accordance IEC ۶۲۵۵۲ & INSO ۱۴۵۷۷۱st edition. The innovation of the system is the use of a microchannel condenser in the refrigeration system of the refrigerator. The results show that microchannel condensers have better performance in temperature reduction and improved energy efficiency due to their more optimized design and increased heat transfer surface compared to mini wire-on-tube condensers. When using the current system, the outlet temperature of the condenser is relatively lower than that of cube condensers, thus achieving higher thermal efficiency.
