چکیده مقاله:

Buildings account for approximately ۴۰% of total energy. This study begins with the design of a healthcare facility using DesignBuilder software. A non-dominated multi-objective genetic algorithm is applied to optimize and reduce energy consumption for cooling and heating loads. To further analyze, simulations were carried out for three different cities with varied climates. The primary objectives of this optimization are to minimize energy consumption and reduce material costs, while the optimization parameters included the type and thickness of insulation, type of window, and shading. The results generated by the genetic algorithm were re-simulated and compared with the baseline case. The results obtained for the cities of Tehran, Tabriz, and Bandar Abbas indicate a reduction in gas consumption for heating load by ۴۰% in Tehran, ۳۶% in Tabriz, and ۶۴% in Bandar Abbas. Additionally, electricity consumption for cooling load decreased by ۲۳.۴%, ۱۶.۲%, and ۲۰.۴% in these cities, respectively, underscoring the effectiveness of the proposed optimization approach.
