This work presents a numerical study forced convection heat transfer in a microchannel heat sink filled with air-carbon black aerosol under a magnetic field exposed to slip solid walls. The effects of Knudsen number on the behavior the channel is studied. The investigation has been carried out for the solid volume fraction of ۰.۰۰۱ and the Reynolds number ۰.۰۱. Analyzing the results of numerical simulations indicates that with increasing Knudsen number slip velocity, temperature jump, and rate of heat transfer increase and pressure drop decreases. Moreover, in the presence of the magnetic field, the near wall velocity gradients increase, enhancing the slip velocity and thus the heat transfer rate and pressure drop increases.
