چکیده مقاله:

Despite an extensive research background, active suspension systems remain uncommercialized primarily due to high energy consumption, increased weight, and limited functionality. This study proposes a three-layered hierarchical control architecture to mitigate pitching discomfort during straight-line driving scenarios. Optimized control parameters are then determined through a genetic algorithm, and the performance of the proposed controller is assessed via a software-in-the-loop simulation, utilizing MATLAB/Simulink and ADAMS. Compared to the well-established Hybrid-hook method, the results show that the proposed approach effectively reduces pitching discomfort by approximately ۴۰%. Moreover, it exhibits an energy harvesting capability of around ۱۴۰۰ watts on rough roads.
