In this work, nano-Fe۳O۴@walnut shell/B(III) as a bio-based magnetic nano-catalyst was prepared and then characterized by FT-IR, EDS-MAPPING, TGA, FESEM, and XRD. This catalyst was used for synthesis of ۴H-Pyrimido[۲,۱-b]benzothiazoles via three-component, one-pot condensation reaction of aldehydes, ethyl acetoacetate and ۲-aminobenzothiazole under solvent-free condition at ۸۵ °C a purity in short reaction times, excellent yields, reusability catalyst and an easy separation using an external magnet are attractive features of this process.
