چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of the present research was to predict hope for the future based on coping strategies and mindfulness in female primary school teachers in the ۱۶th district of Tehran. The descriptive research method was causal type. The statistical population included all female primary school teachers in the ۱۹th district of Tehran in ۲۰۲۳-۲۴ with a population equal to ۲۷۵۱ people. The sample size was estimated to be ۱۳۵ people using the formula of Tabachink and Fidel (۲۰۰۷) and the statistical samples were randomly selected. In order to collect information from three standard questionnaires of hope for the future of Schneider, Harris, Anderson, Holleran, Ironik et al. (۱۹۹۱); Coping strategies of Lazarus and Folkman (۱۹۸۵) and Freiburg Mindfulness (FMI-SF) of Buchhild et al. (۲۰۰۱) were used. The results obtained from testing the research hypotheses using multiple linear regression test and Pearson's correlation coefficient and using SPSS version ۲۸ software showed that in a two-variable regression model, coping strategies and mindfulness have an effect on the hope for the future of elementary school female teachers. have had, but the effect of mindfulness has been positive and increasing and strong, and the effect of coping strategies has been positive and moderate(P<۰.۰۵). Examining the individual relationship of each of the two predictor variables with the variable of hope for the future also revealed that both coping strategies and mindfulness separately have a significant relationship with hope for the future(P<۰.۰۵).
