Mathematical Modeling of Cancer‎: ‎Sensitivity Analysis of Tumor Growth Rate and the Effect of Anti-TIGIT Treatment Dosage

This study develops a mathematical model for cancer using a system of nonlinear differential equations to analyze tumor dynamics and the effects of Anti-TIGIT treatment‎. ‎By computing the net growth rate‎, ‎we evaluate the potential for tumor proliferation and establish its relationship with the stability of equilibrium points‎. ‎Additionally‎, ‎a sensitivity analysis is conducted to identify the key parameters influencing tumor growth rate‎. ‎These insights are then utilized to inform the dosage of Anti-TIGIT treatment‎, ‎to inform effective therapeutic strategies by targeting the most influential and‎‎adjustable factors.
