The Characteristics and Fundamental Aspects of Political Parties in Islamic Jurisprudence

Political parties in Islamic societies, which have a high value in achieving the lofty goals of society, rely on a positive theory toward establishment of the party and its activities in social and political fields. This research paper is presenting the conditions, of fundamental aspects of political parties, for the purpose of achieving national and Islamic values in Islamic societies. The article is prepared with a descriptive and analytical approach that present ten prominent characteristics and fundamental aspects of political parties from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence.
