چکیده مقاله:
Throughout history, human thought has encountered different intellectual schools, which have been categorized based on their level of rationality. Among these, the Hanafi School of jurisprudence stands out as it incorporates its own intellectual system and engages with textualism, intellectualism, and rationality through a cognitive approach and rational methodology. Consequently, the intellectual approach of the Hanafi School of jurisprudence has been greatly impacted by the jurisprudence of the Quran. This article aims to reexamine the role and influence of Quranic thought and jurisprudence on the Hanafi School, shedding light on their interconnection and significance. The initial phase involves an analysis of the concepts and principles of thought and the jurisprudence of the Quran, providing an explanation of their respective positions. Subsequently, the study explores the impact of thought and the jurisprudence of the Quran on the Hanafi School of jurisprudence, leading to the conclusion that the history of thought and rationality in both the field of jurisprudence and the jurisprudence of the Quran traces back to the time of the Quran’s revelation and the elucidation of practical rulings. Nevertheless, based on scientific findings, it is evident that the Hanafi school of thought played a foundational role in shaping jurisprudential thought and establishing the jurisprudence of the Quran as a methodological approach. The scholars of the Hanafi School were among the pioneers in the field of Quranic jurisprudence, and their ideas have exerted a profound influence on their own school. They have employed various methods, including independent reasoning (ijtihad), analogy (qiyas), estimation (istis-han), consideration of interests (maslahah), blocking the means (sadd al-dhara’i), and customary practices (urf), to further develop their school’s jurisprudential framework.Throughout history, human thought has encountered different intellectual schools, which have been categorized based on their level of rationality.
