چکیده مقاله:
Imam Abu Hanifa is from the descendants of Kabul. He was born and raised in the city of Kufa, where he spent most of his life as a student, teacher, and debater. The Imam was born in Kufa in ۸۰ lunar year corresponds to ۶۹۹ A.D and died in ۱۵۰ lunar year corresponds to ۷۶۷ A.D. He was buried in Baghdad. He initially studied theology, then turned to jurisprudence. According to Imam Abu Hanifa, faith is confession with the language and confirmation with the heart. Confirmation is not invalidated in any case, whereas confession is nullified in some cases; but according to the Imam action is not a pillar of faith. The performers of the major crimes are Muslims and are under the will of Almighty Allah. The Marji'ah is an Islamic sect that say that sin does not harm the faith of a believer, just as the good actions of an infidel do not benefit him, and they make the people of Kabira too hopeful. This article attempts to answer the question of whether the Imam is in the group of the Murji'ah, and the hypothesis that answers this question is that the Imam is not from the Murji'ah; rather, he opposes them in his speech and approach. The scientific goal of this research is to answer the main question: is the Imam a Murji'ah? The importance of this research is that invalidating the accusation of deferring from the Imam is in fact refuting it from the majority of Sunni Muslims in the world. The study method in this research is analytical-descriptive. The findings of this research show that being a Marji' is not part of the accusation against the Imam.Imam Abu Hanifa is from the descendants of Kabul.
