چکیده مقاله:
Inheritance is one of the important aspects of Islamic jurisprudence, and this article discusses and examines the inheritance of blood relatives, who are the direct relatives of the late. The main goal of this research is to explain the decrees and rules of inheritance of relatives in Hanafi jurisprudence. The science of heritage is one of the most prestigious religious sciences and is of particular importance. The holy religion of Islam has given a special place and great importance to the science of obligatory duties and the inheritance system in order to protect the rights of helpless and uncared-for survivors. The study and findings of the present study, based on Islamic jurisprudence sources, indicate that the relatives of the deceased are considered heirs. There are three jurisprudential methods (those of the relatives of the deceased, those of descent, and those of kinship) regarding the quality of their inheritance. The Hanafi school of thought followed the path of the people of kinship and applied the rules of kinship to the people of the wombs. It is worth mentioning that in this research, the descriptive-analytical method was used to study, analyze, and evaluate the materials, and the library method was used to collect the materials.Inheritance is one of the important aspects of Islamic jurisprudence, and this article discusses and examines the inheritance of blood relatives, who are the direct relatives of the late.
