Background and Objective: One of the skeletal disorders that can affect the performance of athletes is the condition of knee brace. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of corrective exercises based on the FBS method on Q angle, static and dynamic balance, and performance of my-gri and mawashi-gri skills in adolescent karatekas with knee brace. Methods: This study was conducted as a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of the study consisted of teenage girls from free karateka in Markazi province, from whom ۳۰ ۱۲-۱۶ year olds with knee braces were purposefully selected and randomly divided into two equal groups: control and experimental. The experimental group performed FBS corrective exercises for ۸ weeks, three ۴۵-minute sessions per week. The measurement tools included goniometer, caliper, single-leg balance test, modified Y test, and quantitative and qualitative foot strike tests. Statistical analysis of the research data was performed with dependent and independent t-tests at a significance level of ۰.۰۵ in SPSS software. Results: The results showed that FBS exercises significantly increased the Q angle in the experimental group (P=۰.۰۰۰) compared to the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P=۰.۰۰۰). The static balance of the right and left legs in the experimental group improved significantly (P=۰.۰۰۰), while it remained unchanged in the control group. A significant difference was also observed between the two groups in the static balance of both legs (P=۰.۰۰۰). In the field of dynamic balance, the experimental group showed significant improvement (P=۰.۰۰۰), while the control group did not show any significant difference, and the difference between the two groups was also significant (P=۰.۰۰۰). In the examination of technical skills performance, the experimental group showed significant improvement in both the Maygri and Mawashi skills (P=۰.۰۰۰), while the control group did not change (P>۰.۰۵). There was a significant difference between the two groups in the Maygri and Mawashi skills (P<۰.۰۵). Conclusion: Overall, the results showed that FBS exercises can effectively improve Q angle, static and dynamic balance, and enhance the technical performance of kicks in adolescent karatekas with Genuvarum.
