چکیده مقاله:

Urban sports facilities, due to high population density and diverse activities, are exposed to various natural hazards (earthquakes, floods, fires) and human-induced threats (vandalism, theft, terrorist acts). Designing a comprehensive physical security model can reduce risks and enhance the social, economic, and environmental resilience of sports complexes. This study aims to propose a comprehensive framework for physical security in sports facilities with a sustainable development approach. The research is descriptive-analytical and case-based, examining five urban sports facilities, analyzing security documentation, and international standards. Findings indicate that combining access control, smart surveillance systems, crisis management, security personnel training, and resilient structural design can reduce hazards by up to ۴۰% and significantly improve user satisfaction and perceived safety.
