The History and Background of the Iranian Orthopedic Congress

Medical conferences and scientific meeting had critically important role in the ongoing education of physicians, medical workers. The first orthopedic congress after the political revolution of Iran was held in ۱۹۹۳ in Tehran for five days by the Iranian orthopedic Surgeons Society. Every year, the Iranian Annual Orthopedic Congress takes place over Five days. The Iranian Orthopedic Society has one of the most organized orthopedic centers in the Middle East, holding at least three scientific events annually. The Iranian Orthopedic Association strives to hold this scientific event annually and fulfills its role to the best of its ability.
