چکیده مقاله:
Artificial intelligence (AI) is playing an increasingly important role as a transformative tool in optimizing and accelerating electrocatalytic processes. This field, which is essential for the production of clean energy and chemicals, has always faced challenges in identifying and designing efficient and sustainable electrocatalysts. The present paper provides a comprehensive investigation of modern applications of AI, including machine learning (ML) and neural networks, in solving these challenges. The use of AI allows for accurate prediction of electrocatalyst properties, discovery of new high-performance materials, and optimization of reaction conditions. This approach is particularly effective in reducing laboratory time and costs and accelerating the development of new materials. In this study, we investigate various AI methods in areas such as material synthesis, catalytic activity prediction, and understanding reaction mechanisms. The results show that AI models are able to identify complex patterns that are difficult to detect with traditional methods. Finally, this paper highlights the enormous potential of AI to revolutionize the design of electrocatalysts and achieve sustainable solutions in the fields of energy and the environment.
