چکیده مقاله:

Male infertility is a major contributor to overall infertility, accounting for approximately ۵۰–۶۰% of cases. One key reason is dysfunction in the hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis, which can be treated to correct hormonal imbalances and improve spermatogenesis in infertile men. A wide range of drugs may potentially contribute to male factor infertility (MFI), including steroids, immunosuppressants/immunomodulators, glucocorticosteroids, NSAIDs, opioids, anti-androgens, ۵-alpha reductase inhibitors, and various antibiotics. The aim of this study is to identify drugs related to MFI by analyzing disproportionality reports (PRR) using secondary data reconstruction. Greater efforts by specialists to identify and report adverse drug reactions are essential. CNS-acting drugs may play a critical role in treating HPG axis disorders, and appropriate drug use may increase sperm count and improve fertility outcomes.
