چکیده مقاله:

In this study, the fabrication and performance analysis of light-emitting electrochemical cells (LECs) with a doped active layer are presented. The devices were developed using a newly synthesized dye and evaluated under both stimulated and non-stimulated conditions. Structural, optical and electroluminescence (EL) properties were investigated, supported by energy level alignment and EL spectra. The stimulated device showed improved performance, achieving a maximum brightness of ۴۲۵۹ cdm²², a power efficiency (PE) of ۱۲.۷۳ ImW¹ and an external quantum efficiency (EQE) of ۲.۹۹%, with an EL peak at ۵۴۰ nm. Compared to the non-stimulated LEC, these improvements demonstrate the potential of doping strategies to increase LEC efficiency and light emission properties.
