چکیده مقاله:

Minimally invasive fetal surgery has replaced open hysterotomy to reduce maternal-fetal risks. TTTS and congenital diaphragmatic hernia are increasingly treated with fetal laser ablation, percutaneous shunting, and ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation. Their effects on fetal viability are not synthesized. This systematic review examines the impact of novel minimally invasive surgical techniques on birth survival and gestational age at delivery.
