چکیده مقاله:
Smart architecture and future buildings are transforming the way we live, work, and interact with our environments. With the rapid advancement of technology, modern buildings are becoming more intelligent, with systems that monitor and control energy usage, security, and comfort. This paper explores the role of smart systems in managing energy efficiency, ensuring safety, and enhancing occupant comfort in contemporary architecture. Smart buildings incorporate advanced technologies like Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning to optimize the performance of heating, cooling, lighting, and security systems, making them more efficient, responsive, and sustainable. Through the integration of these smart systems, buildings can reduce energy consumption, minimize environmental impacts, and provide a higher quality of life for inhabitants. The research delves into how these innovations contribute to sustainable urban development and explores the future potential of smart buildings in urban planning. Furthermore, it discusses the challenges, such as privacy concerns and technological limitations, associated with the widespread adoption of smart architecture. The study emphasizes the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration between architects, engineers, and tech developers to create buildings that are not only energy-efficient but also secure, comfortable, and adaptable to the needs of future generations.
