The study and comparative evaluation of intelligent educational systems and the effectiveness of artificial intelligence-based learning platforms

چکیده مقاله:

In recent years, the integration of innovative learning technologies into educational practices has gained significant attention, particularly in fostering cultural diversity among students. These technologies offer potential opportunities to enhance cross-cultural understanding and create inclusive learning environments. This study aimed to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of using emerging learning technologies in promoting cultural diversity acceptance among students. A mixed-methods research design was employed, combining documentary analysis with expert interviews; data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire based on SWOT framework, which was distributed among ۷۰ experts, including teachers and scholars, of whom ۵۸ fully completed the form. The qualitative content analysis approach was used for data analysis, applying selective coding based on thematic categories. Findings indicated that technologies such as augmented reality, digital storytelling, and virtual reality have strong potential to facilitate immersive cultural experiences and improve student engagement. However, challenges such as lack of culturally relevant content, limited teacher training, and technical constraints were identified as major barriers. It was concluded that while these technologies hold great promise for supporting cultural diversity in education, their effective implementation requires targeted teacher training, development of appropriate educational content, and establishment of content regulation standards. Policymakers and educators are encouraged to integrate these tools into curricula in ways that respect and reflect cultural values.
