چکیده مقاله:

Spatial structures are one of the methods for covering large spans, characterized by their three-dimensional performance. The low consumption of materials, ease of construction, implementation, transportation, and unique architecture have led to the widespread use of these structures. The large number of members and curvature of these structures significantly increase their stiffness and make them prone to instability. Therefore, in the analysis of spatial structures, in addition to standard design codes, it is crucial to examine stability to determine ultimate load-bearing capacity and the probabilities and types of failure. In this research, the stability and failure of a pruned lamella dome have been studied. For this purpose, the effects of different loadings-uniform dead and live loads, uniform dead loads combined with concentrated live loads-and various height-to-span ratios (۰.۱۵, ۰.۳, and ۰.۴۵) on stability have been evaluated. Additionally, the design of sections has been conducted in both uniform and non-uniform ways, and the effects of different sections on the stability of the pruned lamella dome have been examined.
