The use of tailor-welded blanks (TWB) and their forming is expanding in various industries. The main objective of this research is to comprehensively investigate the effective parameters of this process, such as drawing ratio, pressure path, direction of the welding line, and thickness ratio in the field of forming TWB sheets in the hydromechanical deep drawing process. Then, a process window is presented for each combination of thickness, welding line direction, drawing ratio, and pressure in order to determine the safe working areas. In fact, this process window is provided to the designer as a tool with which he can check before carrying out the process by changing the effective parameters, safe working areas and the best thickness distribution can be obtained. This tool is particularly suitable for industries such as the automotive industry. The results show that in the TWB sheet with a combination of ۰.۷ and ۰.۹ mm thickness, with increasing the drawing ratio from ۱.۸۷ to ۲.۱۲, the safe working area decreases by ۷۴.۷% and the curved nose becomes narrower, and at lower pressure, a better thickness distribution is observed in the workpiece compared to high pressure.
