Investigating the behavior of tourists during the Coronavirus, when countries were facing quarantine restrictions, can be important to prepare countries for similar cases in the future. In this work, by using system dynamics approach and Vansim software, the behavior of tourists during the Coronavirus in Iran has been modeled. As expected, in the model’s main variable and stock charts, we see peaks and valleys in the number of infected cases and the number of tourists due to quarantine restrictions have been tightened, and after some time, we have faced an increase in infected cases due to the reduction of these restrictions. Additionally, the relationship between government investment in healthcare and the number of tourists has been discussed. An increase in tourist numbers, driven by rising government revenue, could, in turn, lead to higher government investment rates in the health sector, potentially resulting in higher recovery rates for cases.
