چکیده مقاله:

Lifestyle factors such as physical activity, diet, sleep are closely related to various chronic diseases, including diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and cancer. This article delves into the intricate interplay between genetic and epigenetic factors in prostate cancer. The article also underscores the potential advantages of exercise on the cancer epigenome, thereby offering a promising avenue for cancer management. A comprehensive search was conducted on PubMed to find scientific publications focusing on the epigenetics of prostate cancer and exercise. This search on ۲۰۲۵, utilized keywords such as prostate cancer, DNA methylation, microRNAs, and exercise; only articles published in English were considered. Comprehending the genetic and epigenetic relationship is a cornerstone for devising potent therapeutic strategies. Research has shown that exercise can mitigate cancer risk and bolster patient recovery by influencing the epigenome. Treatments tailored to a patient's genetic and epigenetic characteristics hold significant promise in the fight against cancer. Overall, ongoing research into the genetic and epigenetic dimensions of prostate cancer and exercise is vital for expanding targeted therapies and improving treatment efficacy.
