Proposing an Analytical Framework for Blockchain-Based Business Models

In recent years, blockchain technology has emerged as a disruptive force in the business world, offering groundbreaking features such as decentralization, transparency, security, and resistance to manipulation. These characteristics have redefined the traditional foundations of value, revenue, governance, and participation-giving rise to new structures rooted in token economies, smart contracts, and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs). This study aims to examine, evaluate, and model blockchain-based business models. Using a systematic literature review focused on scholarly publications from Y.YY to Y. Yo, the research explores well-known blockchain projects such as Filecoin, Giveth, and Uniswap. Key components such as technical architecture, revenue mechanisms, governance models, and user experience are identified and analyzed. The study ultimately proposes a five-layer conceptual framework that includes: value creation, value delivery, governance, security, and revenue. This framework-based on real-world case analysis-seeks to provide a practical and localized model that can assist startups, policymakers, and researchers working within the digital economy landscape.
