Bridging the Gap for Migrants Through Culturally Tailored Interventions

Health literacy plays a pivotal role in the ability of individuals to understand, interpret, and act on health-related information, which is crucial for making informed healthcare decisions. For migrant populations, achieving adequate health literacy is often complicated by factors such as language barriers, cultural differences, limited access to healthcare, and socioeconomic constraints. This article explores the concept of multicultural health literacy and the importance of culturally tailored interventions in addressing health disparities among migrants.
