چکیده مقاله:

In today's complex and fast-paced world, managing time and energy has become essential for maintaining psychological well-being and achieving personal and professional goals. Traditional planning models often lack flexibility and neglect psychological dimensions, leading to challenges such as procrastination and increased stress. This article introduces the DART Planning Model—an innovative and psychology-based approach inspired by the visual structure of a dartboard. Key features include a three-layer planning structure (ideal, minimum, and actual plan) and a holistic focus on balancing work, personal life, and sleep. Rooted in theories of self-regulation, goal-setting, positive psychology, and Glasser’s Choice Theory, the model aims to enhance flexibility, reduce perfectionism, boost self-efficacy, and support sustainable well-being. More than an organizational tool, DART serves as a psychological framework for responsible decision-making, effective self-monitoring, and achieving a balanced and purposeful life. This paper explains the theoretical foundations, structure, and potential benefits of the DART model, and offers directions for future empirical validation.
