بازتعریف مفهوم رهبری الکترونیکی- دیجیتال: بازآفرینی مرور سیستماتیک بینش هایی در سناریوی دیجیتال

چکیده :

تحول دیجیتال بر نحوه کار، تعامل و تفکر افراد تاثیر می گذارد، رویکردهای سنتی در مورد طرز فکر رهبری در عصر محیط های تجاری بسیار نامطمئن و سریع در حال تغییر، ناکافی هستند، رهبری باید نحوه کار در محیط دیجیتال را برای دستیابی به عملکرد موثر و طولانی مدت تطبیق دهد، این مطالعه بینش های جدیدی را در مورد قابلیت هایی که یک رهبر برای پیشرفت در سناریوی دیجیتال به آن نیاز دارد، ارائه می دهد. این بینش ها از یک بررسی سیستماتیک ادبیات 21 سال انتشار در مورد رهبری در محیط دیجیتال حاصل شده است و مفهوم رهبری الکترونیکی با گذار از یک روش ارتباطی الکترونیکی به یک زمینه وسیع تر از نحوه رهبری موثر در یک محیط دیجیتال، به رهبری دیجیتال تکامل یافته است. رهبری دیجیتال روشی برای تفکر و رفتار در یک زمان پیچیده است. یافته ها نشان می دهد که رهبری دیجیتال دو جنبه اصلی در چهار بعد دارد: جنبه اول مربوط به کسب وکار است و متمرکز بر استراتژی و مرتبط با تحویل است. جنبه دوم شامل ویژگی های شخصی است و بین فردی است. علاوه بر این، ما قابلیت های رهبری مرتبط با هر یک از این جنبه ها را شناسایی می کنیم.
