Evaluation the Methods of Utilization of the natural light in architecture from the past to the present (Case Study: Isfahan Museum Park

The light has been always as one of the appealing factors in shaping the nature. Human interest in using light by utilization of properties and optical varied range has led to create unique spaces in the architecture. In this context, natural light that has been awarded from God to the human continuously has a double significance. Natural light, due to the continuity and stability has different advantages and disadvantages in the human life. Sometimes taking advantage of it provides human welfare and sometimes control and even disposal it. Hence, humans have always tried to benefit of this divine gift to enhance and complement his living environment. In this article we express the method of using natural light in architecture during different times and review how to use it in Isfahan Museum Park project.
