Egostrategy is a novel educational-cognitive framework integrating developmental psychology, cognitive science, and philosophical inquiry into a structured pathway for self-awareness and sustainable growth. This paper outlines a concise version of seven-stage process of Egostrategy guiding individuals from unconscious imitation toward deliberate self-recognition and psychological integration. Rather than relying on prescriptive instruction, Egostrategy promotes internally driven, self-regulated learning. Through structured questioning, re-evaluating inherited values, and cultivating self-regulation, individuals achieve a coherent understanding of their psychological-existential position. This model reframes ego not as a dysfunction but as the conscious self in motion capable of thought, choice, and responsibility. By fostering this recognition, Egostrategy empowers individuals to reconstruct their life narratives and align with intrinsic goals.
