چکیده مقاله:
This review explores the transformative role of nanotechnology in advancing tissue engineering. Tissue engineering, aimed at repairing damaged tissues, utilizes strategies like cell transplantation, matrix implantation, and ۳D scaffolds. Nanoparticles enhance scaffold performance and tissue regeneration with their unique properties, such as high surface area and tunable characteristics. Synthesis and characterization methods enable precise control over nanoparticle properties and applications. Nanomaterials find diverse applications in bone, skin, dental, and neural tissue engineering. Challenges such as nanomaterial toxicity and immune responses necessitate further research. Ultimately, continued progress in nanotechnology promises to significantly advance tissue engineering.
