چکیده مقاله:
Wearable technologies, as innovative tools in the field of education and mental health for children and adolescents, have significant potential in improving academic performance and stress management among individuals with behavioral disorders. This review article provides a comprehensive examination of related studies, showing that the use of smartwatches, biometric sensors, and physical activity monitoring devices can enhance focus, reduce stress symptoms, and improve self-regulation skills. Despite their numerous benefits, challenges such as technical issues, limited user acceptance, and privacy concerns remain. Finally, recommendations are presented for improving the technologies, guiding future research, and enhancing their clinical applications. The findings of this review can serve as a valuable guide for researchers, parents, and professionals in the development and application of wearable technologies for children and adolescents with behavioral disorders.
