This study examines organized crime through the lens of criminal psychology, emphasizing the critical role of leadership in directing and sustaining criminal enterprises. By integrating behavioral analysis, social influence theories, and empirical research, this article explores the psychological traits of leaders, group dynamics, motivations of members, and the broader societal impacts of organized crime. The research highlights how leadership structures, cognitive patterns, and environmental factors interact to facilitate criminal behavior, providing insights for law enforcement, policymakers, and mental health professionals seeking to prevent and mitigate the effects of organized criminal activities.
