The Quality of Training Courses and its Role in Promoting Succession Planning: An Analysis of Knowledge Capital Development in Educational Organizations

چکیده مقاله:

In recent years, succession management has become a crucial factor in managing organizational talents. Today, it is observed that in some organizations, succession management is recognized as a strategic process capable of minimizing leadership gaps in key positions and providing opportunities for deserving and talented individuals within the organization to enhance essential skills. The main objective of the present study is to investigate the impact of the quality of training courses on the succession planning of managers in the Qods City Education Department. This research is an applied study in terms of its objective and a descriptive-survey research in terms of its nature. The statistical population of the present study consists of high school principals of the Qods City Education Department who have completed training courses in ۲۰۲۳. Investigations showed that the population size, according to the Education Department, was approximately ۲۶۰ individuals, and the sample size, based on Morgan's table, was ۱۵۲ individuals. The sampling method in this research was simple random sampling. The results indicated that the quality of training courses has a significant positive impact on the organizational, individual, and contextual components of succession planning for managers in the Qods City Education Department.
