چکیده مقاله:

Zeolitic imidazolate framework-۶۷ (ZIF-۶۷), a new kind of metal–organic framework, has large surface area as well as outstanding thermal and chemical stability. In this research, a urchin-like-manganese/nickel/cobalt mixed-metal MOF (i.e. Mn,Ni,Co-MOF) with ۲-methylimidazole organic linker was grown onto Ni-foam (NF) porous support via one-step cathodic deposition procedure. The synthesized Mn,Ni,Co-MOF material was characterized through XRD, FT-IR, and FE-SEM/EDS techniques. The charge storage performance of the fabricated tri-metallic ZIF-۶۷ MOF/NF electrode was analyzed through CV and GCD tests, where a battery-like supercapacitive ability with a highest capacity of ۶۴۵ C/g at ۱ A/g was observed. The assembled Mn,Ni,Co-MOF/NF//RGO/NF ASC device showed specific capacity of ۲۳۹ C g–۱, areal capacity of ۲.۱۱ C cm–۲ at ۴ A g–۱ and ~۶۳% capacity retention after increasing the applied current load from ۱ to ۲۰ A/g. The assembled ASC device exhibited ۸۵.۴% and ۹۱.۵% cycling retentions after ۵۰۰۰ cycles at ۴ and ۸ A g−۱, respectively. These results demonstrated that the fabricated tri-metallic ZIF-۶۷ could be a promising candidate as active electrode material for electrochemical supercapacitors.
