چکیده مقاله:
Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are an amazing class of materials that have attracted much attention from researchers over the past few decades. MOFs have a wide variety of properties, such as various synthesis methods, high porosity, high surface area, pore size and void volume adjustable, high thermal and chemical stabilities and so on. MOFs have wide applications in various fields such as catalysts, photocatalysis, sorption and separation, water remediation, drug storage and delivery, imaging and sensors. Among these applications, their use as catalysts has received the most attention. The catalytic behavior of MOFs arises from both their metal centers and organic linkers. The use of aliphatic ligands results in flexible metal-organic frameworks (FL-MOFs). FL-MOFs are capable of responding to external stimuli such as temperature, pressure, light, electric field, inclusion of chemicals, etc., but they are also crystalline and can reversibly change their channels while maintaining their topology. In this work, we synthesized and characterized a new FL-MOF based on cerium metal and aliphatic linkers and investigated its efficiency in the synthesis of Chromenoquinolones and triazolopyrimidines. The structure of the prepared framework was evaluated using various techniques, such as Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX), elemental mapping analysis, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis/differential thermal analysis (TGA/DTA), and Brunauer−Emmett−Teller (BET).
