چکیده مقاله:

Our group and others have used amine-based porous coordination polymers (NH۲-MOFs) as heterogeneous catalysts, due to their thermal and chemical stability. We present our findings on the synthesis and use of NH۲-MIL-۵۳. We investigated the NH۲-MIL-۵۳'s catalytic capabilities to synthesize formamides (methanamide), which have both desirable biologically and industrial properties. We synthesized NH۲-MIL-۵۳(Al) and utilized it for the condensation of various amines to produce industrially and biologically significant formamides. A MOF-catalyzed heterogeneous approach provides several advantages, including high selectivity, rapid reaction times, minimal catalyst usage, and simple catalyst recycling. Notable for this method is its ability to avoid using hazardous organic solvents during the reaction, resulting in an efficient and environmentally friendly approach to performing N-formylation condensations.
