چکیده مقاله:

In today's competitive and dynamic environment, organizations need high productivity to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. Employee satisfaction, as a key factor in increasing productivity, has received increasing attention from managers and researchers. This article aims to examine modern management strategies and their role in improving employee satisfaction and, consequently, increasing organizational productivity, and to explain this issue in more detail. Using content analysis and reviewing reliable sources, factors affecting employee satisfaction and related new management strategies are identified and analyzed. The findings of this article show that modern management strategies, including transformational leadership, positive organizational culture, organizational justice, employee empowerment, work-life balance, and the use of new technologies, play a vital role in creating employee satisfaction and improving organizational productivity.
