چکیده مقاله:

A series of (PU/MMA)/TiO۲ nanocomposites have been prepared by incorporating varying amounts of TiO۲ viz., ۰, ۰.۵, ۱ and ۲ wt %. The prepared (PU/MMA)/TiO۲ has been evaluated for physico-mechanical behaviours, and chemical resistance. The microcrystalline parameters such as, lattice strain (g %), number of unit cells () in perpendicular direction to plane, surface weighted crystal size (Ds), and interplanar distance (dhkl), were calculated using X-ray profile with the help of exponential asymmetric distribution function. From microstructural parameters, structure-property relationships of (PU/MMA)/TiO۲ nanocomposites have been established. Morphological behaviour of cryo-fractured composites has been studied using SEM.
