Institutionalising work conscience within organisations through an Islamic approach involves integrating ethical principles from Islamic teachings into the organisational culture and operations. This study explores the institutionalization of work conscience within organizations through an Islamic approach, emphasizing the integration of ethical values and principles derived from Islamic teachings into organizational practices. A qualitative methodology is employed, utilizing case studies and interviews with organizational leaders and employees in various sectors. This approach allows for an in-depth understanding of how Islamic values can be embedded in organizational culture and operations. The findings reveal that organizations adopting an Islamic approach to work conscience experience enhanced employee engagement, ethical decision-making, and overall organizational performance. Key elements identified include the promotion of justice, accountability, and community welfare as foundational principles guiding workplace behavior. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing a framework for integrating Islamic values into organizational practices, thereby offering a novel perspective on ethical leadership and corporate social responsibility in diverse organizational settings.
