چکیده مقاله:

This study researches the effects of spirulina supplementation, yoga, and walking on sleep quality, occupational stress, and body composition in programmers between ۱۸-۳۰ years. Programming has been related to high levels of stress and sleep quality; therefore, this study aims at solving some problems experienced by programmers. Three groups were targeted: the placebo group, the supplement and exercise group, and the supplement-only group. Among five key variables that were tested, such as BMI, stress level, sleep quality, percentage of body fat, and muscle mass expressed in kilograms, notable positive effects from such interventions were recorded. Overall, the findings reveal that spirulina supplementation combined with regular physical exercises works for improving young programmers' well-being and physical health; this can favorably impact productivity and the quality of life.
