چکیده مقاله:

That physical education and sports for children are indisputable, as evidenced by scientific achievements; they even go so far as to classify physical education and sports for children as a separate branch of sports, as opposed to adults, i.e. a branch independent of sports science and the sports system. In addition to established educational approaches and their practical implementation, the purpose of this study is to pique educators' interest in innovative models of social education that are tailored to the interests of preschoolers. This study aims to enhance toddlers' physical and mental health, as well as their overall learning abilities. To investigate the influence of sports abilities and Physical Education (PE) on preschoolers' physical and mental health, we used a Questionnaire Survey (QS) and expert evaluation. As a result, this study shows that physical skill development and PE have a substantial impact on preschoolers' physical and mental health, which influences their learning. This study serves as a reference for toddlers' sports skill development and aids to their overall PE education.
