چکیده مقاله:

The choice of the right construction method for different projects is a critical and challenging decision, which can affect the costs and benefits of the project, both in the short term and in the long term. This paper proposes a novel framework for conducting a cost-benefit analysis and choosing the right construction method for different projects, based on the criteria and indicators of the financial, technical, environmental, and social aspects of the costs and benefits. The framework uses a mixed methods research design and approach, which combines both quantitative and qualitative methods and consists of the simulation model and the experiment model. The paper demonstrates the application and usefulness of the framework by applying it to some real-world scenarios of construction projects, such as building construction, bridge construction, road construction, and tunnel construction. The paper also compares and contrasts the results and outcomes of the framework with the existing literature and state-of-the-art methods, and discusses the implications and contributions of the work for the construction industry and society at large. The paper concludes that the proposed framework is an effective and accurate tool, which can help the stakeholders of the construction industry to make better and more informed decisions and to improve the performance and outcomes of construction projects.
