In today's dynamic organizational landscape, leadership styles significantly impact team dynamics and organizational effectiveness. Transformational Servant Leadership (TSL) has garnered substantial attention for its emphasis on shared vision, motivation, and follower well-being. This systematic review investigates the influence of TSL on job satisfaction within organizational contexts. Grounded in TSL principles, this study employs a structured conceptual framework inspired by seminal works to explore how leadership qualities shape organizational dynamics. A comprehensive review of peer-reviewed literature from ۲۰۱۰ to ۲۰۲۳ was conducted, focusing on the relationship between TSL and team happiness in modern corporate environments. Key findings highlight the role of TSL in enhancing employee well-being, fostering trust and communication, shaping organizational culture, and identifying mediating factors in the TSL-job satisfaction relationship. The insights gleaned from this review aim to inform leadership practices, thereby fostering a supportive and satisfying work environment.
