چکیده مقاله:
The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into healthcare is transforming personalized nutrition and nutritional management, particularly in response to the rise of diet-related chronic diseases. AI technologies analyze extensive data, including dietary habits and genetic information, to provide tailored nutritional recommendations that can improve health outcomes. However, challenges such as privacy concerns, algorithmic bias, and the lack of standardized protocols for clinical integration hinder widespread adoption. This narrative review examines the role of AI in personalized nutrition and dietary management, focusing on health outcomes and machine learning applications. A systematic literature search was conducted in databases including PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science, following PRISMA guidelines, to identify relevant studies in Persian and English. Key findings highlight both the opportunities AI offers—such as real-time dietary monitoring and personalized feedback—and the challenges that must be addressed to ensure effective implementation. The results provide insights into strategies for leveraging AI in nutrition, offering guidance to healthcare providers, nutritionists, policymakers, and researchers on best practices and future directions.
