چکیده مقاله:
Quantum-dot cellular automata (QCA) present a promising alternative to traditional CMOS technology. CMOS technology faces challenges, like heat dissipation, power consumption, and size limitations. These challenges have driven interest in exploring alternatives such as QCA. In QCA technology, XOR gates are crucial for constructing fundamental circuits like full adders, half adders, full subtractors, and half subtractors. Specifically, a full adder in QCA requires an XOR gate combined with a majority gate, while a full subtractor requires an XOR gate, a majority gate, and an inverter. This paper focuses on comparing various implementations of three-input XOR gates within QCA technology. We will assess these implementations based on three key criteria: cell count, area efficiency, and delay.
