چکیده مقاله:

Posture refers to the body's stance or the positioning of its limbs when standing or sitting. Examples include lordotic posture, swayback posture, flat back, and anterior pelvic tilt. At some point in life, everyone experiences pain as an unpleasant sensation. In particular, low back pain (LBP) can be persistent and distressing, though many people recover without professional care or formal treatment-often simply by adjusting their posture or changing their movements. While postural faults are often blamed for LBP, other factors such as age, a sedentary lifestyle, anxiety, and poor sleep can also contribute. Despite this, posture remains deeply ingrained in public thinking about back pain, and healthcare professionals frequently advise correcting posture as a remedy. Although posture tends to decline with age, this does not necessarily cause pain. Likewise, limited movement ability does not always indicate a postural problem but may instead reflect an issue with movement itself. The aim of this paper is to enhance understanding of the link between posture and LBP.
